Solution: the hoop must be replaced in time.

(2) ring mold cracking is caused by wear and tear of mating surface of transmission wheel and obvious loosening of mating surface of mold and roller.

Solution: must promptly replace the transmission wheel or repair, or increase the ring die assembly surface with dimensional tolerance.

(3) ring mold cracking is caused by wear and tear or deformation of die liner.

Solution: must promptly check and replace the die liner.

Solution: non-corrosive oil must be filled immediately.

(13) cracking of ring mold is caused by direct hammering of ring mold by hard steel tools (such as hammer) for loading and unloading ring mold.Use a wooden hammer if ring molds must be installed with force.

(14) adjust the feeder in time when the feeding amount is too large or the ring mold with small aperture is replaced, and the pelleting is considered as unbalanced production, resulting in the increase of ring mold load and cracking of ring mold.

Solution: adjust feeding motor speed, adjust chin controller or electromagnetic controller.

(15) the hole wear of the die cover becomes larger and the end face is deformed. The screw bolt is loose, which causes the screw hole on the end face of the ring die to tear.

Solution: replace the pressure mold cover.
